Chocolate Chip Breakfast muffins

Who doesn't love dessert for breakfast. This muffin is an absolute staple at home and is eaten guilt free as its got the exact same ingredients as my morning Oat meal . The muffin form just gives it a fun twist .

The other plus side is that this stays well and is perfect for busy moms and can be made for the entire week at one go. The only challenge that i have is to make sure it isn't eaten before the week ends.


Recipe

Ingredients

Oat flour -2 cups

egg-1

date syrup-2 tbsp

vanilla extract -1tsp

almond milk-1 cup

chocolate chips-1/2 cup

sea salt - a pinch


Instructions

In a bowl mix the oat flour, egg, almond milk, date syrup, vanilla extract . Once its mixed

nicely add the chocolate chips and sea-salt . Pour into cupcake molds and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
